Aurobindo offers four different medical plans to ensure our employees and their families have a plan that fits them perfectly. All plans are reasonably priced and include prescription benefits.
Dental & Vision
Aurobindo offers three dental plans. Two of which offer in and out of network provider options. All plans provide coverage for cleanings, orthodontics, and other major procedures. We also offer one vision plan at an affordable price that covers exams, glasses, contacts, and more.
Life & Disability
Aurobindo provides generous life insurance and long-term disability to employees at no cost. We also offer an inexpensive short-term disability option.
Retirement Planning
Aurobindo offers employees both pre-tax and a post-tax 401(k) investment options, allowing our employees to choose what fits them best. We also provide an employer match to both contribution types.
Paid Time Off
At Aurobindo, we wish for all employees to take the time off they deserve. Thus, we offer 10 "use it or lose it" vacation days per year in an attempt to ensure our employees take time off. Additionally, Aurobindo also provides all employees 6 PTO days per year, of which carry over from year to year if unused.
Depending on the healthcare plan chose, Aurobindo also offers enrollment in Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) and Health Savings Accounts (HSAs). When using either of these accounts, money is deducted on a pre-tax basis. The funds are used to pay for qualified health care expenses when needed.
